Boutique trips to Florence Florence from the inside

You know how every time you travel you think, "I wish I had a friend who lived here and could take me to the really good places"? Well, here it is.

Women's trip to Florence: the group raising a toast at a rooftop dinner facing the Palazzo Vecchio tower

A small, intimate women's trip to my Florence

After years of living in Florence, wandering it, discovering it and falling in love with it all over again, I decided to share the city I've found with a few women looking for an experience with depth and character.

It's a mosaic of things I've learned, discovered and collected about Florence over the years, gathered into a few fun, beautiful and interesting days.

  • A small, easygoing, flexible group
  • Come on your own or with a friend
  • Stay at our boutique hotel in the center

What awaits you

I'll take you to Florence the way I know it: lanes full of character, traditional workshops, craft classes where we really roll up our sleeves and try it ourselves, a flea market that happens once a month, special vintage shops, and lots of art, old and new.

There's also a tasting tour with local food, good coffee, excellent gelato, and aperitivo the way only Italy does it. And we'll head out of the city to a stunning winery in the Tuscan hills, with beautiful views and unique architecture.

The exact program changes a little from trip to trip, depending on what's happening in the city on those days.

Shira Brand, architect and hotelier in Florence

A little about me

I'm Shira Brand

I'm an architect. I did my PhD in Florence, studied art and art history, and all in all I've lived in the city for more than 12 years.

Today I'm a hotelier: I founded our boutique hotel in the center of the city, and I also work in real estate development in Florence.

I have a huge love for this magical city: for its hidden corners, its lanes, the very best cafés, the local markets, and the workshops that have almost disappeared from the city.
